Weber DCOE DCO/SP IDF 48 IDA Emulsion Tube
How the main circuit works on a WEBER DCOE carburetor.
Through the needle valve (1), the fuel (yellow) reaches the float chamber, where the float regulates the opening of the needle valve (2) so that the fuel level remains constant. This fuel is mixed at the emulsion tubes (4) with the air (blue) that arrives at the top of the air correction jets (3) to produce the air/fuel mixture (green), which is then discharged into the carburation area through the galleries (5) and auxiliary venturis (6).
