Designed for BMW 2002 and BMW E21 4-cylinder models, this kit replaces the original intake system with a twin Weber carburettor setup, delivering improved throttle response and increased performance potential.

The kit includes two genuine Spanish Weber 40 DCOE carburettors, paired with a high-quality intake manifold and Webcon mechanical rod linkage manufactured in the United Kingdom.

• 1 × Intake manifold (with lower water take-off)
• 1 × Webcon rod linkage throttle kit
• Soft mounts (Softmounts)
• Studs, nuts and washers
• Weber tuning manual

All components required for the conversion are included.

⚠️ The intake manifold is pre-marked for the linkage, but will require drilling during installation to mount the ball joints.

Base Calibration (40 DCOE Kit)

This kit is supplied with a base calibration suitable for the BMW M10 2.0L engine, allowing the engine to start and run.

Base setup:

• Main jets: 115
• Air correctors: 200
• Emulsion tubes: F11
• Needle valves: 175
• Idle jets: 45F9
• Venturis (chokes): 30
• Auxiliary venturis: 4.5

For optimal performance and precise setup, rolling road (dyno) tuning is recommended.
