Ford Cortina MK2 GT / 1600E / Lotus Clutch Slave Cylinder – Girling 7/8” Piston

Brand new clutch slave cylinder fitting all Ford Cortina MkII models produced between 1967 and 1970 (All models include: 1300cc, 1500cc, 1600cc, GT, 1600E, and Lotus Cortina (‘Twin-Cam’).

This is a high-quality, brand-new item, produced by our Lockheed and Girling classic brake specialists. It is equivalent to the original Girling part number 64068397 or TRW/Lucas PJL130.

The cylinder has the original correct 7/8” (0.875” / 22.22 mm) internal bore size, with casting number reference 64676313. Both the piston and seal follow the original Girling design. The 7/8” bore is specific to MkII models and crucial to ensure the correct pedal stroke and reliable clutch operation.

⚠️ Please note: this is not a V4/V6 cylinder sleeved down to 7/8”. Our cylinder is an all-alloy unit manufactured to original Ford/Girling specifications.
