Post Brexit Information

Since January 1, 2021, the United Kingdom has left the European Union.
Consequences for your orders from an EEC country.
Customers domiciled in an EEC member state
1. Purchases are made tax-free on our site; we no longer charge the 20% UK VAT.
2. The equivalent of the VAT applicable in your country (USt in Germany, VAT in France, IVA in Spain, etc.) is now collected by the carrier before delivery of your package. The carrier adds a fee for this, as well as for customs clearance. Please note that customs/import duties are levied by the destination country and may vary from country to country. We have no control over these customs fees and therefore advise our customers to contact the relevant authorities in their country for further information.
3. If you refuse the package or do not agree to pay customs duties, it will be returned to us. We will then refund your order, less the original and return shipping costs and any additional administrative fees charged by the carrier, as well as fees for checking and restocking the returned products.
Delivery delays:
Since the beginning of the year, the implementation of new import regulations for products from the United Kingdom, combined with constraints related to Covid-19, has caused delays in the delivery of parcels. This situation appears to be improving, but unfortunately, we can no longer guarantee delivery within 4 business days, as all these factors are beyond our control.
