Triple Weber DCOE Carburettor Conversion Kit – BMW E30 M20 2.3 / 2.5 (6-Cylinder)

Improve the performance of your BMW E30 equipped with the M20 2.3 or 2.5L engine with this triple Weber DCOE carburettor conversion kit.

Designed for BMW E30 6-cylinder models, this kit replaces the original intake system with a triple Weber setup, providing improved throttle response and increased power potential.

The kit includes three genuine Spanish Weber DCOE 40 or 45 carburettors, a CNC aluminium intake manifold, velocity stacks and filters, a throttle rod linkage, and all necessary hardware for a complete conversion.

Compatibility and Adaptability

• Intake manifold designed for BMW E30 wide oval intake ports, but this kit can also be installed on BMW E21 when replacing the cylinder head from an E30 320i, 323i, or 520i (common modification on BMW E21 builds).

• Manifold designed for 40 DCOE carburettors; can be widened for 45 DCOE installation.

• 1 × Webcon intake manifold (UK-made)
• 3 × Genuine Spanish Weber 40 DCOE carburettors
• 1 × Webcon rod linkage throttle kit
• 6 × Mesh air filters
• Studs, nuts, washers, and all mounting hardware

Base Calibration

• The kit is supplied with a starter calibration allowing the engine to start and run:
• Venturi: 30 mm
• Auxiliary venturi: 4.5
• Main jets: 115
• Air correctors: 200
• Emulsion tubes: F11
• Idle jets: 45F9
• Pump jets: 40

For optimal performance, fine-tuning on a rolling road (dyno) is recommended.

Fuel Recommendation

For reliable fuel delivery, we recommend using our PAFWFP17303 electric fuel pump, specially designed for this type of application. It eliminates the need for trial-and-error with fuel pressure adjustments, regulators, and time-consuming setup.
