Weber 45 DCOE Conversion Kit – Austin Mini A-Series | Low Profile Linkage

Complete Weber 45 DCOE conversion kit for Austin Mini A-Series engines, featuring a low-profile throttle linkage designed specifically for applications where space is restricted.

The kit includes a genuine Weber 45 DCOE carburettor, 100 mm aluminium intake manifold, mounting kit and low-profile throttle linkage, as shown in the photographs.

We recommend fitting one of our self-regulating electric fuel pumps, such as the Webcon low-pressure pump, reference PAFWFP17303, with this conversion kit.

Carburettor Calibration

The Weber 45 DCOE supplied with this kit is fitted with a base calibration intended for a 40 DCOE application.

The carburettor will therefore require fine tuning to suit the individual engine specification and modifications. We recommend professional carburettor setup and tuning once the kit has been installed.

Installation Notes

Please note that installation on a transverse A-Series engine may require a degree of modification to the bulkhead / firewall, depending on the specific vehicle and engine configuration.

The low-profile throttle linkage is designed to help accommodate the restricted space commonly found in these installations.
