Weber 40 DCOE Carburettor Float Bowl Vent Kit – Castellated Spacer

Special float bowl vent kit for Weber 40 DCOE carburettors fitted with the non-standard float bowl ventilation system.

Some Weber 40 DCOE carburettors were manufactured with a different float bowl vent arrangement to the more common versions. Instead of the float bowl vent being incorporated into the outer carburettor casing, the float bowl is vented through a special castellated spacer fitted underneath the jet inspection cover.

This configuration can be found on a number of classic performance vehicles, including cars equipped with the renowned Holbay 1725 engine.
