Want to retain the performance of your WEBER carburettors when space under the bonnet is limited? Our MaxFlow mesh air filters offer a compact alternative for applications where conventional air filters may not fit.

Designed for compatible carburettor with 63mm air horns, these filters combine a low-profile design with effective filtration. Their construction features two layers of stainless-steel mesh with a filter layer sandwiched between them, helping protect the engine from airborne contaminants entering through the intake.

MaxFlow mesh filters are designed to operate without oil, making them a practical option for performance and competition applications. Periodic cleaning is recommended to maintain filtration performance.

Minimal Height, Quick Installation

Adding less than 20 mm to the intake assembly, these filters are particularly useful where clearance between the carburettors, bonnet and surrounding components is restricted.

Installation takes only seconds, making them convenient for both initial fitting and routine maintenance. The mesh construction also gives the engine bay a purposeful motorsport appearance, particularly on classic and specialist vehicles.

The manufacturer reports dynamometer testing at Northampton Motorsport on a 2.0-litre, four-cylinder Ford Pinto producing 190 bhp. With the mesh filters fitted, the reported power loss was less than 1 bhp.
