3J NXG Limited Slip Differential for BMW E21

Exclusive to PAF Classic, our limited-slip differentials for BMW 2002 and E21 have been tested and validated both on the road and in competition.

Manufactured by the English specialist 3J Driveline, our differentials are available with ramp angles of 40/90, 30/90, 50/90 and 30/60 and with a preload of 0 to 150lbs/ft to meet the specific needs of each user.

Our PAF 3J NXG differentials are compatible with most BMW E21 (168mm) housings and use the original flanges/bushings. The only exception is the very first BMW E21 models, which use the 2002 flanges. In this case, it is necessary to order the bushings that we offer separately from this differential.

A slight modification to the crankcase will also be necessary, which is very simple to do (we provide the plans and templates for this).

The PAF 3J NXG differentials are undoubtedly the most robust and progressive on the market thanks to the specific gear design, which eliminates some of the noise commonly associated with LSDs and makes them smoother. The friction disc assembly ensures consistent friction across eight surfaces.
