WEBER conversion kit for replacing Pierburg 2E3 carburetor on VW Polo 1.3 (1272cc) 1982-91

Webcon kit for Pierburg 2E3 replacement VW Polo 1.3 (1272cc) 1982-91.

Includes genuine Weber 32/34 DMTL carburetor, this conversion kit is designed to fit onto the original intake manifold and air filter using specially manufactured adapters.

The kit is supplied in manual starter version, with all the bolts, nuts, gaskets etc. necessary for the conversion.

The carburetor is supplied calibrated for 1.6 but the kit includes a set of additional jets allowing re-calibration for 1.3 (2 possible calibrations).

Calibration 1.6:

• 120 primary/125 secondary gasoline
• Air: 155 primary/155 secondary
• Emulsion Tube: F30 primary/F25 secondary
• Idle speed: 55 primary / 60 secondary

Additional jets are included with the kit to allow for the following calibrations: (fuel 1x95 & 1x110, air 1x185, emulsion 1 x F22, idle 1x45 & 1 x 70)

Calibration 1.3l option 1:

• 95 primary/120 secondary gasoline (return to the original primary calibration)
• Air: 155 primary/185 secondary
• Emulsion Tube: F22 primary/F30 secondary (return to original calibration primary)
• Idle speed: 45 primary / 70 secondary

Calibration 1.3l option 2:

• 110 Petrol primary/120 secondary (return to the original primary calibration)
• Air: 155 primary/185 secondary
• Emulsion Tube: F22 primary/F30 secondary (return to original calibration primary)
• Idle speed: 55 primary / 70 secondary

Easy assembly (no need to be a carburetor specialist).
